Restrictions:
- the Spotify resolver only supports Spotify Premium subscribers
- as such, the Spotify resolvers only works in the territories where Spotify premium memberships are available
Download/Installation:
- Tomahawk for OS X includes the Spotify resolver (premium Spotify account required).
- Windows Vista/7 users currently need to download the Spotify Resolver for Windows and unzip it to somewhere on you machine.
- Arch Linux users can get a PKGBUILD of the Spotify resolver and install that way.
- Other Linux users should download and install libspotify, download the resolver .zip, extract the files from the zip, then from the Spotify resolver directory, mkdir build && cd build && cmake ..& make.
To load, open your preferences/configuration menu, select the resolvers tab, click the "+" button to add a new resolver and then select "spotify_tomahawkresolver" (Windows users can find it in whatever location you unzipped it).

Then click the small wrench to open the configuration menu where you enter your Spotify account credentials.

If you don't see tracks resolving to Spotify, try closing and relaunching Tomahawk.
